About Stephi
I am a fully qualified and experienced Reiki Master Practitioner and Shamanic Healer based in Somerton, Somerset. I also hold additional certification in Chakra Therapeutics and am a member of The Reiki Guild. I’m passionate about helping people find a greater sense of calm, balance, and wellbeing in their busy lives and bring a warm and compassionate approach to every session. My aim is to create a peaceful and nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their time with me.
About Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, nurturing complementary therapy originating from Japan. The word “Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’. Rooted in the traditional understanding that life force energy flows through the body, Reiki aims to support an improved sense of wellbeing, and to nurture balance and inner peace. Benefits may include deep relaxation, a calm, peaceful sense of wellbeing, and a feeling of being restored. During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and can relax comfortably, lying on a couch or sitting in a chair, while the practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively on or near your body using their intuition and training as a guide. There is no massage or manipulation. Reiki can be offered in person or remotely, whichever suits you best.
The Cancer Research UK website includes details of why people with cancer use Reiki alongside their medical treatment. This does not mean Reiki is a treatment for cancer.

Chakra Therapeutics
Reiki with pendulum dowsing to explore the chakras (energy centres). Crystals, a sound bowl, and chimes may also be used to enhance the session.
Fees
1st session: £60 1hr 30mins approx (50mins Reiki, full client consultation & aftercare)
Following sessions: £55 1hr 10mins approx (50mins Reiki, consultation & aftercare)
Block booking: save £15 when you book and pay for 3 sessions upfront (block includes your 1st session: £155 | block of 3 follow-up sessions: £150). Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase but don’t need to be booked in advance.

Shamanic Healing
Shamanic Healing is a deep and practice rooted in ancient traditions, focused on supporting harmony, balance, and emotional and spiritual alignment across all layers of your being. Sessions involve hands lightly placed on or near the body while you lie comfortably on a couch, with natural sound, soothing vocal, tonal and breath sounds, intended to work deeply. This forms the foundation of every session, with the intention of supporting deep relaxation and a renewed sense of wholeness and balance.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs. When required, additional techniques such as Regression, Soul Retrieval, Ancestral Healing and Cord Cutting can also be incorporated (from your second session onwards), offering a space to gently explore patterns, behaviours or connections that may no longer serve you, and to foster a deeper sense of wholeness and connection with yourself, with the intention of supporting you to move forward with renewed hope, clarity and a stronger sense of self.
Regression
A practice exploring how present day emotional or behavioural patterns, sometimes experienced as feeling stuck or unable to move forward, may connect to earlier experiences. Guided visualisation is used with the intention of gently exploring their roots with care and at a pace that feels right for you, supporting the release of what may be holding you back and fostering a renewed sense of clarity, peace and balance.
Soul Retrieval
A traditional practice rooted in the understanding that during times of difficulty, or significant life change, a part of one’s spirit or vital essence may become disconnected, known in Shamanic Healing as ‘soul loss.’ You may notice a sense of disconnection, emotional distance, or not feeling quite yourself. During the session, guided visualisation is used with the intention of gently exploring and welcoming soul parts back home, fostering a renewed sense of wholeness and reconnection within yourself.
Ancestral Healing
A practice that explores the patterns and stories we carry from those who came before us, understanding that emotional patterns can be carried through family lines. Sessions use guided visualisation, offered gently and at your own pace, with the intention of supporting the release of patterns that no longer serve you, and a sense of clarity.
Cord Cutting
A practice rooted in the understanding that connections between people can form, some of which may result in negative attachments, ties that no longer feel supportive and can keep old patterns repeating. Sessions use guided visualisation with the intention of supporting the letting go of ties that no longer serve you, reclaiming a sense of personal power and freedom.
