ABOUT STEPHI
I am a fully qualified and experienced Reiki Master Practitioner and Shamanic Healer based in Somerton, Somerset. Alongside this, I hold additional certification in Chakra Therapeutics and am a member of The Reiki Guild.
I’m passionate about helping people find a greater sense of calm, balance, and wellbeing in their busy lives, and bring a warm and compassionate approach to every session. My aim is to create a calm and nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their time with me.
ABOUT REIKI
Reiki is a gentle, nurturing complementary therapy originating from Japan. The word Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’. Developed by Dr Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, Reiki evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. Reiki is open to people of all beliefs. It aims to support an improved sense of wellbeing, and to nurture balance and inner peace. Benefits may include deep relaxation, a calm, peaceful sense of wellbeing, and a feeling of being restored.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and can relax comfortably, lying on a couch or sitting in a chair, while the practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body. Blankets and pillows are provided for added comfort and relaxation. There is no massage or manipulation. Reiki can be used on the person as a whole, or on specific parts of the body. It is also possible to receive Reiki at a distance.
Reiki is taught by Reiki Master/Teachers, who have trained in the tradition passed on, in person, from Master to student. Students go through a process of initiation/attunement to the Reiki energy. They are then able to treat themselves and others, not only from a personal and emotional perspective, but also as an aid to individual development and spiritual growth.
The Cancer Research UK website includes details of why people with cancer use Reiki alongside their medical treatment. This does not mean Reiki is a treatment for cancer.

CHAKRA THERAPEUTICS
Reiki with pendulum dowsing to explore the chakras (energy centres). Crystals, a sound bowl, and chimes may also be used to enhance the session.

FEES
1st session: £60 1 hr 30 mins approx (50mins reiki, full client consultation & aftercare)
Following sessions: £55 1hr 10 mins approx (50 mins reiki, consultation & aftercare)
