Time Out is a Health and Wellness Centre for local residents and surrounding communities who want to maintain a healthy body and mindset. Unlike having to go to many different destinations to have their treatments. Time Out allows them to park once and have their regular treatments under one roof. Time Out practitioners our well-established and passionate about the services they offer. Your health and wellbeing is what makes our world go round.
Our holistic and spiritual approach to healing is where, we have all found inner peace and transformation within ourselves and the boundaries of the different sectors of professional practices we work under. We have also had the pleasure of working with different Masters around the world to develop our craft’s further to benefit those we treat. Technology also plays a big part in the treatments we offer at Time Out.
We are always researching new ways to give our clients the best treatment’s possible for maximum results. Your bodies are your Temples and we like to offer the best organic treatments on offer. Our aim is too to become your go to place for Health & Wellness. If there’s something you would like us to add to our services and we can accommodate, we will.
