About Stephi
I am a fully qualified and experienced Reiki Master Practitioner and Shamanic Healer based in Somerton, Somerset. I also hold additional certification in Chakra Therapeutics and am a member of The Reiki Guild. I’m passionate about helping people find a greater sense of calm, balance, and wellbeing in their busy lives and bring a warm and compassionate approach to every session. My aim is to create a peaceful and nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their time with me.
About Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, nurturing complementary therapy originating from Japan. The word “Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’. It aims to support an improved sense of wellbeing, and to nurture balance and inner peace. Benefits may include deep relaxation, a calm, peaceful sense of wellbeing, and a feeling of being restored. During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and can relax comfortably, lying on a couch or sitting in a chair, while the practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively on or near your body using their intuition and training as a guide. There is no massage or manipulation. Reiki can be offered in person or remotely, whichever suits you best.
The Cancer Research UK website includes details of why people with cancer use Reiki alongside their medical treatment. This does not mean Reiki is a treatment for cancer.
Chakra Therapeutics
Reiki with pendulum dowsing to explore the chakras (energy centres). Crystals, a sound bowl, and chimes may also be used to enhance the session.
Fees
1st session: £60 1hr 30mins approx (50mins Reiki, full client consultation & aftercare)
Following sessions: £55 1hr 10mins approx (50mins Reiki, consultation & aftercare)
Block booking: save £15 when you book and pay for 3 sessions upfront (block includes your 1st session: £155 | block of 3 follow-up sessions: £150). Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase but don’t need to be booked in advance.
