Sound Therapy with Tori

Hello, my name is Tori, and I am a wellbeing practitioner based in Somerset, UK.

I am a qualified sound therapy practitioner awarded a practitioner level diploma by The British Academy of Sound Therapy. Sound therapy has many potential health and wellbeing benefits, including to reduce stress, lower anxiety, ease muscle tension, relieve pain, improve sleep, and overall mental and spiritual wellbeing.

I am passionate about my work in wellbeing. I take great pride in my clients and the changes that they achieve. I listen with empathy; I do not judge but show compassion and understanding. I am intuitive and ask questions which help clients go deeper into their thoughts, helping them to explore deep inside for answers and guidance. Integrity, kindness, and support are held in high value. And to the extent it’s appropriate, I bring an element of fun and humour to the work we do together, after all, laughter is the best medicine.
